Day 9
Tuesday 12/29 - I was too busy to get breakfast which is bad. Always try to eat breakfast when you can. It will mess up your food schedule for the rest of the day. If you are eating 3 meals a day and skipping one meal can cause your body to be like "uhhhh I need another meal". For lunch I went to eat some Japanese Ramen which is not something I will not be eating soon. This is just so I can slowly adjust to the diet. It is really hard to cut these types of food right off the bat. You gotta work it slowly. For dinner @6pm , I ate some Korean BBQ. Which consist of thin beef slices and some thin slice rice cakes also known as "DUK" in korean. I stayed away from the Carbs for dinner so I can start eating more protein. After dinner went home and the rest of the night I was hunger free.

Day 8 - Happy monday!
Woke up this morning and felt so tired. I did not want to go to work but I have to do what I gotta do. I stopped by McDonalds and ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin and a orange juice. For lunch, I was too busy to eat so I just drank water. Dinner time came early for me around 5pm and had some Vietnamese Pork and little rice. It is 7pm right now and I am STARVING! I should go shopping so I can eat some snacks like some fruits and nuts.
I still got couple things to buy and do. Working out will come sooner or later. Its cold these days so I am trying to stay sickfree. =)

Day 6 and Day 7
Day 6,
Couldn't update post because my Brother's internet was wack
Breakfast @8am ate a bagel and 2 eggs with orange juice.
Lunch @12pm ate Korean BBQ. Mostly meat with some rice cakes.
Dinner @6pm ate Japanese Ramen and some chicken pieces.
Day 7,
Woke up really early to head to the airport. I missed breakfast and waited till lunch time to eat. Went to a Vietnamese Restaurant and ate some vietnamese pho soup. Dinner time ate some KFC grilled chicken.
The weekend wasn't that bad. I am staying away from mostly all deep fried foods. No fries, no fried chicken. Which I really love to eat.
I will still need to get me a weight scale to see my progress.

Day 5 - Merry Christmas
7:30AM, Woke up and had breakfast. I had 2 eggs, 2 waffles and a glass of thick pulp orange juice. I feel pretty good. My sugar cravings is not as bad as the first couple days. So the day should be good.
1:00PM, ready to eat some bean paste noodle. Not really part of my diet but during the day is good to have some carbs so I do not get too tired.
I hope everyone is having a great Christmas and doing this diet during the holidays is really hard especially when it comes to desserts.
Not sure when to eat for dinner but there is going to be big christmas dinner I am going to eat. Hopefully I will keep some carbs out like mash potatoes and stuff.
6:00PM, Ate bbq ribs, squid, bbq beef. Was a very good Christmas non carbs dinner. It satisfied my hunger because probably the bbq sauce which has some sugar in it. I will be able to sleep tonight without being hungry and tomorrow will be a new day.
I hope everyone had a good christmas and will write more tomorrow.

Day 4 - Christmas Eve
9:12AM, I am at work and I got me some Jack In the box Denver bowl. This stuff is really good and it is not really healthy. You have to sorta modify the bowl to make it somewhat healthy. Make sure to remove the Tater Tots in the bowl which will cut down about 300 calories. Their white sauce is pretty fatty too. Ate the Denver bowl and 2 orange juice. I am pretty full and good. Lets see how long this last. Hopefully I can eat some Vietnamese Pho soup for lunch.

On a different note. I got some Zhu Zhu pets delivered to me yesterday and these are the hottest Toys for Christmas. I played with one of them, I must say, It is pretty dangerous for little kids. The gears on the bottom of the pet is pretty sharp and dangerous. I can see a kid holding on to it or picking it up while its moving and you put your hand underneath. OUCHIE! Hopefully kids will be smart enough not to get hurt. lol. I doubt that. Also there is a owners manual about not to put it by your hair cuz the gears will grind your hair and get tangled up! LOL> I can picture it now.
One thing I forgot to do is get a weight scale to see how my progress has been so far. But don't worry, my weight will not change as much as soon as I start working out regularly starting next monday.
12:50PM update, Went to eat Pho Noodle. Ate a small bowl with diet coke. I was going to cut out on the noodle part of it but I decided I need to eat some carbs today just so I have energy the rest of the day. I think its good to eat some carbs but not too much. Also got a Grande Iced Green Tea at starbucks. Unsweetened of course. It just taste like tea now.
I am going to get ready to go down to LA (OC) to visit my brother, his wife and my niece. Hopefully my niece will like the zhu zhu pet. If not, I guess she could store it up until couple years later or maybe give it to some kids that will appreciate it. haha.
8PM Update, Arrived in the OC to my brothers house. I ate some korean bbq short ribs, veggies, dumplings, and a little bit of rice. Satisfied my hunger and then went poo twice. It seems like my body is digesting the foods really fast. By monday, my body should be used to the new diet and along with the exercise I should drop massive weight loss. I will get a weight scale soon to show you my progress.

Day 3 - Continues
8:00AM Update, So I woke up today and surprisingly I was not as hungry. I got ready for work and stepped out of the house, I felt the nice cold breeze to my face and my body was telling me that I was really hungry. I guess cold triggered the hunger. I went to McDonalds and got me a sausage egg mcmuffin and a large orange juice. Eating this probably would make my hunger go away. Was I wrong! So now I am contemplating if I should eat some bagels at my work place? I decided I am just going to tough it out and just drink water.
The first week of any new diet is really hard and very easy to break. One bite of a chocolate candy bar can pretty much ruin everything. People have brownies, cookies and other sweets all over my building and its just sitting there ready for me to eat. But I must say no. I need to start thinking about something else or keep myself busy at work. No time to think will get you through the day. Always keep yourself busy.
12:20PM Update, Earlier this morning I bought 2 sausage egg mcmuffins and only ate one of them. So for lunch, I ate the other sandwich but ate only one side of the sandwich. I am still hungry. I also ate an orange but the citrus is making me go to the restroom more often. Drinking water helps too. I went to the restroom 3 times today and I do feel my body feeling a little "lighter". I am debating if I should go get a cup of soup or not. I should before I faint. lol
8:00PM Update, My friends and I went to D&B for dinner to hang out. D&B was packed so we could not get a place to sit. So we ended up going to the Great Mall food court and I ended up eating a Cajun Bourbon Chicken and string beans. It was surprisingly good. After wards rest of my friends showed up at D&B and I had to drink a mojito which I sorta regret now. I forgot how much sugar it has. But damn it was delicious.

Day 2 - Struggles
9:02AM update, I just ate a Jack In the Box breakfast. I know its not the healthiest thing I could eat but I have to eat something. Ate a Denver Bowl and drank a orange juice. It helped me with my hunger and I am not hungry but I can still eat. I will wait till around 11am to get lunch and probably going to get a bowl of soup and a sandwich.
The first couple of days is always the hardest especially when you do not exercise. If you exercise while you are on your diet, for some reason you do not get as hungry. Weird science I tell you.
People ask me what kind of foods I am going to eat.
To answer that, I am pretty much staying away from Sugar and most carbs. I will eat some bread and pasta but will prefer not to eat it. Starch products usually tends to burn much slower so I am going with more protein and veggies when I get around to it. I was going to stay away from fried foods but sometimes it is just hard not to eat. But I will try my best. Once I get the daily workout exercise routine going, I will be pretty much able to eat any food(moderation).
2:00PM update, I got some chicken tamale soup and a half sandwich of Tuna Fish Sandwich. The sandwich bread was all soggy and tasted like crap. The soup the other hand was pretty ok. After eating it, I was still hungry. I definitely need snacks to munch on throughout the day or I am just gonna break and go nuts. Yes this is what happens in the beginning. Hopefully it will get better later today.
Note: When going through any diet, drink lots of fluids especially water. This way it will drain your body , just think of your body like a toilet. You need to flush it out every time you leave a doo doo in there. =)

Start working on my radio show and my body doesn't feel right. During the show, I feel like not wanting to do this show and everything doesn't feel right. This might be the lack of sugar or carbs in my diet. Making me cranky and moody. This is only day 2 and I do not know what will happen tomorrow. We will just find out.
